The new binding is targeted towards skiers who are looking for experiences outside the groomed trails, so we sent some of our representatives to Solitude, Utah, to let our enthusiastic American fans take the new binding for a test run.
The demo at Solitude received a lot of positive feedback, even though the conditions could have been more powdery to really put the Freedom to the test. In any case the test skiers said they could really feel the Freedom is different from our Freeride binding, and the general consensus was that the launch of a new binding is positive for the Telemark sport.
The launch was finished with a party with more than 100 guests.
